  1. Diperlukan 1 bungkus mie cap 3 telur.
  2. Diperlukan 1 ikat caisim.
  3. Siapkan 1 butir telur ayam.
  4. Siapkan 2 sosis ayam.
  5. Diperlukan Bumbu halus.
  6. Diperlukan 2 siung bawang merah.
  7. Dibutuhkan 2 siung bawang putih.
  8. Gunakan 2 butir kemiri.
  9. Siapkan 2 butir ketumbar.
  10. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm minyak.
  11. Diperlukan Bumbu pelengkap.
  12. Gunakan 1 sdm garam.
  13. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm kaldu bubuk.
  14. Diperlukan 1 sdt merica bubuk.
  15. Siapkan 2 sachet kecap manis.

Cara memasak Bakmi goreng

  1. Mie direbus, ditiriskan dan disiram menggunakan air mineral.
  2. Potong caisim, dan sosis.
  3. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar dan kemiri, tambahkan, garam, kaldu bubuk, merica dan kecap, aduk hingga rata.
  4. Campur mie yang sudah direbus kedalam bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, aduk sampai bumbu merata.
  5. Siapkan minyak untuk menumis.
  6. Panaskan minyak, lalu masukkan telur aduk2 hingga matang, masukkan caisim dan sosis aduk sampai semuanya tercampur, masukkan mie yang sudah tercampur dengan bumbu, aduk2 hingga rata, tambahkan sedikit air agar bumbu meresap dan merata. Mie siap disajikan.
